WHY / DESIGN / BUILD

Why this
was worth building.

The useful problem is the distance between a message and something a shop can act on. Tanet is built around that handoff.

For a small shop, the inbox is also the sales floor. Product questions, prices, negotiation and order details arrive as unstructured conversations, often in Bangla or Banglish.

The underlying
logic.

Connect conversations to the shop's catalog, keep negotiation within the owner's limits, and turn confirmed details into a structured order workflow.

The decisions
inside it.

Keep the seller in control

A useful sales assistant needs constraints as well as language. Prices and negotiation boundaries belong to the shop.

The conversation works inside explicit business limits.

Start with the actual conversation

Bangla and Banglish are central to the product's intended conversation flow.

The interface begins where the customer already is.

What you
can inspect.

The product presents catalog-aware conversations, Bangla and Banglish replies, bounded negotiation and order capture for Facebook and Instagram shops.
