• TORI, E-commerce SaaS. Multi-tenant e-commerce for Bangladesh: shops at /s/<slug>, a merchant dashboard and an Android app.
• Tanet Chat, Sales agent. Answers Messenger and Instagram DMs in Banglish, Bangla and English from the shop's own catalogue, takes the order, and pings the owner on Telegram when a customer needs a person.
• Spatial Studio, Visual editor. A Figma-grade editor over live Next.js sites. Canvas edits go into the source through an AST daemon, and tasks go to Claude.
• Kronx, My agency. My white-label agency for everything digital.
• Bite2Byte, Restaurant platform. Multi-tenant restaurant ordering: iOS and Android apps, POS and offers, plus an app factory that turns a logo and a DoorDash link into a store-ready app.
• Scarpar, Open source. An open-source CMS, commerce and business-management platform for Bangladeshi businesses.
• SNS Forge, Client site. An image and video editing services site with 16 service pages, 10 industry pages and a lead dashboard.
• XOT Studio, Client migration. Moved a studio off Framer: its published site self-hosted in a Next.js shell with a Blob-backed CMS.
• Nehal Nafcy, Personal brand. A WebGL personal-brand site for the 2025 Young Australian of the Year.
• Soover, Storefront. A fragrance storefront with a video hero, a gift-box builder and a cart.
• Elite Heights, CTO. The agency where I'm CTO; the main site rebuild with its SEO brief and deploy runbook.
